Traditional Indian tonic goes beautifully with Ealing Gin.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nAvoid \u2018drowning\u2019 the gin by using 1 measure of gin to 2 of tonic<br \/>\n(once you\u2019ve tasted it you can add more if you want to).<br \/>\n<br \/>\nGive it one quick stir.
