It is created in honour of our sparkling great granny, Betty Duncan - one of the so-called \u201cbright young things\u201d of 20s and 30s Ealing. Having trained at the famous acting school RADA Betty went on to juggle bit-parts in Ealing Studio\u2019s Films with waitressing at the Lyon\u2019s tea-rooms in Berkeley Square and socialising with the likes of Douglas Fairbanks Junior!  She went on to marry very happily, continued to love a gin fizz and always spoke fondly of the 30s \u201cjazz age\u201d.  She was a spirited mother, grandmother and great grandmother and maintained her youthful, joie de vivre her whole life\u2026 living to the magnificent age of 96! <br \/>\n<br \/>\nThe recipe:<br \/>\n50ml of Ealing Gin<br \/>\n25 ml Lemon juice<br \/>\n2 tsp Rose Syrup (we use Monin which is available on Amazon)<br \/>\n50 ml soda water<br \/>\nGarnish: Lemon slice\/twist\/wedge and cocktail rose petals<br \/>\nIce<br \/>\n<br \/>\nInstructions:<br \/>\n1. Pour the Ealing Gin, rose syrup and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker filled with<br \/>\nice cubes, shake well then strain into a high-ball glass filled with more ice.<br \/>\n2.
